Spending time on high-end design and production is a growing trend, especially in catalog production. Brands like Anthropologie, Patagonia, and J Crew highlight their products in artful, well crafted catalogs sent to current and prospective customers.
Integration With Online Marketing
While direct mail still has a better return than email marketing, when you combine the two the return is even greater. Sending a direct mail piece and following up with information on your website, sending emails, and posting online will reinforce your message. Keep in mind more people read direct mail, but 81% of shoppers research online before making a purchase.
Getting specific and targeting demographic groups of people with direct mail has become a mainstay in the industry. You can craft pieces that will specifically speak to that group and tailor your design to appeal to them
